Blessed greetings! I pray the day is treating you well. I've been busy, busy, busy getting ready for my big move to Massachusetts on Friday so I've been off the blog grid for a few days. If you've missed the posts, remember you can always get daily doses of inspiration from Ase Ire's Facebook or Twitter pages.

In the midst of all the preparation and excitement, I managed to take a few days to unwind in the beautiful Pocono mountains with my family. We had a lovely time relaxing, connecting, laughing and just being together. My parents, one of my brothers, and my grandmother, still a pistol at 85, kept me in stitches and being with them reminded me to relax, enjoy the journey and not to take myself or the tasks at hand so seriously.

Despite all that I have to get accomplished in a diminishing period of time, it is very important for me to spend time with my loved ones. These days, it seems we all have busy lives. Too often, spending time with our friends and family is the first thing to get "cut" from the film of our lives, but taking the time to recharge and reconnect with those who really love and care about us is what truly helps give us the strength and resolve to go on and achieve our goals. As the summer winds down, take some time to relax with and relate to those who love you.  Release the tension that often comes with the impending duties of fall and remember to laugh lots!
